If you subscribed online via Stripe #

You can cancel your subscription directly from “My subscription”:

1. Click on "Manage your subscription on Stripe.com"
2. From the Stripe portal, go to the "Subscription" section.
3. Click on "Cancel subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period — you continue to benefit from your credits and features until that date.

For subscriptions paid by bank transfer or based on a quote, please contact the Sportpxl team at contact@sportpxl.com to request cancellation.

💡 Before unsubscribing, remember to download your photos and export your data (orders, athlete list, etc.) — your data may no longer be accessible after your account expires.
