Once your photos have been imported and the athletes identified using the Effectif algorithm, you can notify all your licence holders by email so that they can access their photos.

Procedure #

1. Check that your album is set to 'Open' and that your photos are ready.
2. Ensure that your licensees' email addresses are correctly entered in 'My Staff' — without an email address, the notification cannot be sent.
3. From your album → "My subscriptions"
4. Click on "Send an e-mail to registered X".
5. Each licence holder receives an email with a direct link to their photos.

💡 For your licensees to appear in “My subscriptions”, they must have been identified in at least one photo in the album. Check that the correction script has been launched before sending notifications — see the article “When to launch the correction script”.

💡 If your licensees’ email addresses are not yet entered in your membership database, import them via a CSV file from “My athletes” → “Import” before sending notifications — see the article “Importing a CSV file of athlete contacts”.
