Focus on orders to be dispatched

Print orders require physical shipment to the customer. Here’s how to identify and process them efficiently.


Identify orders to be dispatched

  1. From "My orders" β†’ "List"
  2. Click on "Filters"
  3. Select the "Status" column, the "Is equal to" operator, and the value "To be dispatched".
  4. The list only displays orders awaiting dispatch.

Processing an order for dispatch

Click on an order to access its details page. From this page:

  1. Download the photos β€” click on each file name to download high-resolution photos to send to your printer.
  2. Retrieve the delivery address β€” available in the Customer block
  3. Send the parcel to the customer.
  4. Enter the tracking number β€” type it into the field provided so that the customer can track their parcel.
  5. Change the status to 'Shipped' β€” to update the order status and remove it from the queue of orders to be processed.
