Searching by bib number is the fastest way for a participant to find their photos in a Sportpxl album. It can be accessed directly from the album’s public page, without having to log in.
How it works
- The participant accesses the public URL of your album.
- In the 'Race number' tab, he enters his race number.
- The album automatically displays all photos associated with this number.
What the participant sees
- All photos in which his race number was detected — either directly or through the propagation of facial recognition
- Photos are displayed with the Sportpxl watermark if the album is in sales mode.
- He can add the desired photos to the basket and place an order.
Conditions for the search to work
- The algorithm must have detected the race number on at least one photo.
- The correction script must have been launched for facial propagation to be effective — see the article "When to launch the correction script".
- The album must have the status 'Open'.
💡 If a participant cannot find their photos by bib number, invite them to try searching by selfie — their photos may have been identified by facial recognition without their bib number being legible in all photos. See the article “Search by selfie”.
