Share the album and photos on social media

Promoting your album on social media is one of the most effective ways to generate visits and sales. The sooner you share after the event, the more you will capture the enthusiasm of the participants.


Retrieve the public URL of your album #

  1. From your album → "My album"
  2. Locate the field labelled 'Public URL of your album'.
  3. Click on the copy icon to copy the link to your clipboard.

You can also copy the access key directly via the second icon — useful for sharing a shortened link or embedding it in a QR code.


Share on social media #

Paste the public URL into your social media posts:

  • Instagram — in a story with a clickable link, or in your bio if you do not yet have access to links in stories
  • Facebook — in a post on your page or in the event group
  • X (Twitter) — in a tweet with the link and a preview of the photos
  • LinkedIn — if you are targeting organisers or sponsoring companies

Best practices #

  • Publish within 24 to 48 hours of the event — participants are still riding the wave of the experience and more inclined to buy.
  • Mention the event organiser in your posts to maximise organic reach.
  • Invite participants to tag Sportpxl and share their photos once purchased.
  • Accompany your post with one or two photos representative of the event to generate interest.

💡 Ensure that your album is set to ‘Open’ before sharing the link — a closed or pre-registration album will not be accessible to participants who click on your link.
