Pre-registrations are available on your album once its privacy status is set to “Pre-registration”. In this mode, the album is publicly accessible but the photos are not yet visible — participants can only register to be notified by email as soon as the photos are online.
How to activate pre-registration mode #
- From "Edit my album" → "Privacy"
- Select the "Pre-registration" mode.
- Register — the album now displays a registration form instead of the gallery.
When to change the status #
Once your photos have been imported and are ready to be shared, remember to change the album’s privacy status from ‘Pre-registration’ to ‘Open’ to make the photos accessible to participants.
⚠️ As long as the album remains in “Pre-registration” status, participants cannot view the photos — even if they have already been imported. Changing the status is a manual step that must not be forgotten before launching your post-event communication.
