Print orders require physical shipment to the customer. Here’s how to identify and process them efficiently.
Identify orders to be dispatched
- From "My orders" β "List"
- Click on "Filters"
- Select the "Status" column, the "Is equal to" operator, and the value "To be dispatched".
- The list only displays orders awaiting dispatch.
Processing an order for dispatch
Click on an order to access its details page. From this page:
- Download the photos β click on each file name to download high-resolution photos to send to your printer.
- Retrieve the delivery address β available in the Customer block
- Send the parcel to the customer.
- Enter the tracking number β type it into the field provided so that the customer can track their parcel.
- Change the status to 'Shipped' β to update the order status and remove it from the queue of orders to be processed.
