To offer your photos to your participants free of charge, Sportpxl uses Stripe’s promotional code system. A 100% discount code allows a participant to access their photos and download them without paying.

How it works #

1. Contact Sportpxl at contact@sportpxl.com to request a promo code for 100% off your album.
2. Specify whether the code should be:
   • Universal — usable by all participants in the album
   • Limited — reserved for a specific number of uses (e.g., only for volunteers or VIPs)
   • Temporary — valid until a specific date
3. Sportpxl creates the code and sends it to you.
4. Share the code with your participants — they enter it during checkout and download their photos for free.

Common use cases #

• Offer photos to all participants of an event
• Offer photos to a specific group (volunteers, partners, podium, etc.) while continuing to sell them to others.
• Thank a sponsor by giving them photos of the athletes on their team.
